Jeff Hassman

Managing Director, CVP Advisors

Mr. Hassman has nearly 20 years of professional experience in a variety of corporate, consulting and entrepreneurial environments. He began his career with Deere & Company in a variety of marketing, sales and business development positions. His last position at Deere was at the headquarters in the corporate M&A and Strategic Planning department. 

Following his successful career at Deere, Mr. Hassman moved to Spain to work with the management consultancy firm A.T. Kearney in their Madrid office. He worked with numerous clients throughout Europe and Asia on strategic and financial issues. He was frequently called to evaluate and develop new business opportunities or evaluate potential investments. 

In 2006, Mr. Hassman returned to his native Iowa where he established CVP Advisors which is dedicated to providing strategic and financial services to regional companies.  CVP Advisors has assisted numerous companies to prepare strategic plans, execute successful corporate and business development activities and navigate through difficult financial situations. 

Mr. Hassman graduated magna cum laude with a major in business and a minor in German from the University of Northern Iowa and graduated with high distinction with an MBA from the University of Michigan. In addition to English, he is fluent in Spanish, Dutch and German.

Jason C. Egli

Managing Director, CVP Advisors

Jason is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering.  In his 15+ years of experience as an Entrepreneur and Executive Officer, Mr. Egli has had operations management positions with companies such as Monsanto, John Deere, and Purac.  Most recently, Mr. Egli has used his experiences from his professional career and growing up on his family farm in Southeast Iowa to startup businesses in the Communications, Risk Management, Renewable Energy, and Biotech Industries.  Mr. Egli provides vision and leadership by identifying technologies, new customers, and business opportunities and ensuring that all work is carried out in a professional, technically complete manner.
